Hello, welcome

Hello, I’m Katrin, a qualified counsellor based in Newcastle upon Tyne. Thank you for being here.

I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way with adults and young people, offering a warm and welcoming space where you can be yourself and explore what’s on your mind.

Life brings change, challenges, and new beginnings. We may second-guess ourselves, struggle in our relationships, feel overwhelmed, or carry things that others can’t always see. Sometimes we question old assumptions and wonder where we fit or who we are becoming.

Whatever you’re facing, let’s talk.

A Space to Be Heard

Good Space Therapy – Compassionate Counselling for adults in Newcastle upon Tyne

Counselling offers a calm, confidential space to talk openly about what’s on your mind and explore what feels important to you.

I offer relaxed, collaborative therapy, supporting you in navigating anxiety, low mood, neurodiversity (including autism, ADHD, and AuDHD), relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, low confidence, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions of identity and meaning.
